Makefiles: Honour LDCONFIG from the environment This is not set in normal shell sessions. Honouring an existing setting of LDCONFIG allows the caller of ./build to specify an alternative program to run. Signed-off-by: Ian Jackson <ijackson@chiark.greenend.org.uk>
