mk_script: bootloader: fix bootloader compiler script issue [1/2]

Problem:
make it configurable to compile firmware source code
Solution:
fix current script issue to select bin as first priority if no manifest
file found.
Also fix the manifest parsing script to get the right path with revision.
Still manifest path is fixed as the same folder as mk script.
Verify:
c1, a1 comipling pass
