bl30 src_ao: aocpu add detection for no access permission [1/1]

Problem:
aocpu access addr with no permission would not read or
write successfully, and no exception occurs.

Solution:
aocpu add detection for no access permission.

Verify:
t3, t7, sc2, s4

Windows Simulator To evaluate Amazon FreeRTOS without using MCU-based hardware, you can use the Windows Simulator.
