    wakeup: Solve the problem of wakeup reason. [1/1]

    PD#SWPL-161007

    Problem:
    Because commands such as poweroff、reboot cause the
    register to reset, the value stored in the wakeup
    reason register will be cleared

    Solution:
    Use stick mem to save the wakeup reason.
