    rma: fix blocking caused by rma info in memory mode [1/1]

    PD#RSP-6832

    Problem:
    run bootloader in memory mode, do rma info, it cause system blocking

    Solution:
    1.add the judgment of EMMC mode
    2.rma.pta version upgrade to 1.0.3

    Verify:
    R + S5, U + S7D
