    dmc: t6d: reconfigure secure os range [3/3]

    PD#SWPL-184752

    Problem:
    support AMFC decompress bl32

    Solution:
    Disable AMFC access normal memory in bl2.
    Add AMFC write access bl32 memory in bl2x.
    Reconfig dmc to disable AMFC write access bl32 memory,
    and enable AMFC access normal memoroy in bl32.
