libdvr: Parental control channel has audio [1/1] PD#SWPL-105639 PD#TV-69438 Problem: Unexpect audio on parental control channels. Solution: Disable audio mute/unmute control in libdvr in case of vendor Amazon. Verify: Locally tested OK on t5d.
