libdvr: libdvr obs time error for amazon. [1/1] PD#SWPL-71482 Problem: libdvr obs time error for amazon. Solution: 1 when timeshift buf is full and we need del segment, we not to del segment, we only update obs time to app and wait the last segment is play end,we del last segment when this segment is play end.
