libdvr: Display "No signal" after unplug/plug the TV cable [3/3] PD#SWPL-40588 Problem: Display "No signal" after unplug/plug the TV cable in radio program. Solution: 1. add no data event and data resume event. 2. del libdmx_client so,used dlopen to call.
