secfirmload: update binary for buildroot [1/2]
PD#SWPL-21974
Problem:
Tdk upgrade to v2.4.4, update secfirmload ta.
Solution:
1.update secfirmload ta to match tdk2.4.4
2.chang the library name to standard library name.
