avsync: improvements [1/1]

Problem:
60 fps stream video tearing
Mpeg2 ts stream PTS abnormal

Solution:
* Change frame recycle vsync delay to 3 to match 2 DRM fence.
* Fix some ftp issue in avsync-lib
* On first frame popped, set system node according to current av sync
  mode

Verify:
U212 + v4l2-uvm-test with 24/30/60 fps stream with 30/60 fps output
All 1-1/3-2/2-2/4-1 patterns are correct. Frame dropping from 60 to 30
is also correct.
