avsync: catch up to PCR if vpts is far behind it PD#SWPL-30433 In AMASTER mode, sending V_DISC won't help. Need to drop as many frames as possible to catch up PCR. Change-Id: Ia39b51f3e368b7715a7805735b94277841f07331
