audiohal: Add hal patch command. [1/1] PD#TV-26269 Problem: Need add a standalone test command to start audio patch without tvserver. Solution: Add a test command to start audio patch to enable audio patch setup for different sources. Verify: Verified on ab311 T962e2 with analog LINE IN input patch.
