gst-plugin-aml-v4l2dec: change src pad resolution [1/1]

PD#SWPL-131888

Problem:
The data pass the decode element,the resolution will change.
If the sink is not amlvideosink,a blue bar will appear when playing

Solution:
change src pad resolution
