sec_parse: remove convertor meta from av1/vp9 parser [1/1] PD#TV-35889 Problem: If both parser and convertor meta are set, decoderbin will connect capsfilter into pipeline. capsfilter will reject future caps update with w/h changes. Solution: Remove convertor meta. It won't affect auto plugin, and will prevent capsfilter from being added. Verify: TM2 + Coblat SVP playback Change-Id: I6c6c6729f188b706fd13602202072c77c37e9b8f
