avsync-lib: audio switch handle resure invalid systime [1/2]

Problem:
NTS paused audio switch cases could freeze.
audio switch with pause state, the systime back is invalid
and wait for video resume, when audio resume early,
back with invalid systime. need to check this otherwise
action become insert audio with large GAP number.
Solution:
Handle the INVALID systime on audio switch resume.
Verify:
