avsync: allow audio to drop/insert to sync with video in audio change [1/1] PD#SWPL-46415 Problem: audio switching time could be optimiZed. Solution: Enable drop/insert choices since the function is verified working. MS12 lib upated to MS12_v2.4-v20210526 or later. Remove the previous workaround.
