audio: refine dolby_ms12_set_enforce_timeslice func. [1/1] PD#SWPL-187304 Problem: dolby_ms12_set_enforce_timeslice does not work with dual ms12. Solution: refine dolby_ms12_set_enforce_timeslice flow when HDMI input ac3/eac3.
