audio: Codec support independent content proc. [1/1]

PD#SWPL-197116

Problem:
The config x content proc location is incorrect.
Codec need support independent content proc.

Solution:
1.move dap node to codec graph.
2.deocder support volume leveler/DE.
3.use the new API to set volume leveler
and DE in audio hal.
