audio: dts_x output is not up to standard [1/2]

Problem:
1.Testing requires dts drc and dts x loudness to
be turned off

Solution:
1.DTS X BUS2 output does not have Lnd, so loudness
is off by default
2.DTS X bus1 can manually configure the loudness status
and target.
3.DTS X BUS0 can output 2ch pcm with Lnd or multichannel
pcm with LnD,So need to pass the user-specified loudness
target to the dts x init parameter,
