audiohal: Add AV progression logs for ALSA output. [1/1]

Problem:
The requirement from customer is to add a APTS logging
for ALSA output with a specified format. The log file
is specified through an environmental variable.
This log will help for tracing instrumentation.
Solution:
Implement the required logging.
Verify:
Verified with DIAG_LOG option enabled and use
hal_param set "AV_PROGRESSION,<log_path>" to
write log to specified location.
