audio: aml-audio-hal doesn't load EXT_AMP.ini [1/1]

Problem:
1.aml-audio-hal doesn't load EXT_AMP.ini
2.eq_drc_init exit unexpectedly due the wrong
return value of get_model_name

Solution:
1.modify return value of get_model_name，
ensure the loadding and setting  parameter
normally

Verify:
yocto
