h264: CB2 fix playback stuttering problems by long decoding times. [1/1] PD#SWPL-194290 Problem: Under abnormal reference frame conditions, the decoder continues decoding, leading to long decoding times. Solution: In non-mosaic mode, decoding should not continue when reference frame information is abnormal. Verify: ohm.
