DHP: CF1 Adds SGT mode for scatter memory mapping. [2/2]

PD#SWPL-194915

Problem:
Adds SGT mode for scatter memory mapping.

Solution:
1.supports sg-table mapping.
2.Supports memory cache/non-cache mode configuration.
3.Supports dmabuf/du-memory, cpu/device RW data sync operation.
4.Fixed mmap not being able to share memory with other
threads due to private mappings.
