ODROID-C5: remove calling 'aml_board_late_init_tail()' 'aml_board_late_init_tail()' is defined in 'board/amlogic/common/board.c', and most feature in the function are not necessary for ODROID-C5 except reading CPU-ID. Change-Id: I847ab0d9667834e6b59ad2b520d0c20357d4d0d6
