aml-ubootenv: Install libubootenv.so to the target directory. [2/2] PD#SWPL-123333 Problem: Swupdate upgrade failed due to missing libubootenv.so. Solution: Install libubootenv.so to the target directory to solve swupdate error. Verify: AV400,S420.
