clk: set cpu clk to default when cpu_off [1/1]

Problem:
it hangup when resume
Solution:
1.if cpu clk is not default when cpu_off, the aclkm clk
will not generate clk, cpu does not work when resume,
then cpu hangup.
set cpu clk to default when cpu_off
2.dsu clk follow cpu clk before gp1 pll is disabled
dsu clk use its own settings after gp1 pll is enabled
this avoid no one feeds dsu when gp1 pll is disabled
